The IndClinix Patient App is designed to reduce uncertainty before a healthcare visit by helping patients discover providers, select available appointment times and keep relevant healthcare interactions connected.
Find and Book
Patients can browse clinics, doctors and diagnostic labs, choose between supported in-person and video consultation options, view remaining time slots for a selected date and book an exact available time. Booked slots are excluded from selection to prevent double-booking.
Connect Diagnostics to the Journey
The diagnostic-lab marketplace allows patients to discover participating labs, review available tests and pricing, and book tests through the same connected ecosystem. This helps reduce the repeated cycle of search, travel and uncertain waiting after a doctor recommends investigations.
Keep Important Information Connected
The patient experience can include prescriptions, uploaded reports and scans, appointment history, lab bookings, vitals tracking, family-member management, QR-based check-in and video consultations as configured by the healthcare provider.
